“A local man” is a great way to describe me. I was born and raised in San Luis Obispo as a multi-generational native to the same family ranch as the generations of Tartaglia men before me. Like the rest of the Tartaglia family, I played high-school sports here and moved on to achieve a degree in Agriculture from Cal Poly. The sense of community and rootedness runs deep in my blood and it isn’t uncommon to find me on a weekend giving back to the community either as a volunteer or businessman.
I believe very deeply that our community is a special place and that it takes stewardship of all kinds to keep it thriving. As a businessman I can say that working in SLO is a lot more than just hanging up a sign and handing out business cards. Things such as active participation in the local Downtown Association, Rotary, San Luis Obispo Association of Realtors and local politics are crucial to having a successful business in town. That is why I gladly participate in various committees and the board of Directors for both the Downtown Association and the Association of Realtors as well as regularly visit Rotary clubs and serve as the Past President for the Rotaract Club of SLO.
Being “a local man” is a lot more than being involved as a businessman and volunteer. It also includes playing in the community that you are a part of. As I have stated before, “I am an outdoor enthusiast with an affinity for Real Estate.” I have always figured that growing up on a ranch taught me at a young age the beauty of being in nature and that is why I am such an avid outdoorsman. In my free time I enjoy hunting, fishing, kayaking, surfing, SCUBA diving, backpacking, rock climbing, filming or mountain biking. If you have a question about local trails or recreation, you can bet I have an answer for you or I can talk to a friend and get it for you.
As for Real Estate, I am a multi-generational Realtor with the current designation of Graduate of REALTOR® Institute and am an Accredited Buyers Representative. I sit on the Board of Directors for the local Association of Realtors. My specialty is in helping Central Coast first-time home buyers find their first home. I understand how important it is to have somebody explain the entire transaction from start to finish on your first residential purchase and my hope is that this website provides you with some information to get you started and encourages you to pick up the phone and give me a ring for further questions. I am also very proficient in working with experienced buyers and sellers of residential real estate and investment acquisition. My territory includes: Paso Robles, Atascadero, Templeton, Santa Margarita, San Luis Obispo, Los Osos, Morro Bay and Arroyo Grande.
